Personality: Brash (but not as much as he used to be a few years ago), incredibly outspoken still, and always resilient. He believes there's nothing he can't do, and has come close to death many a time because of that attitude. A little bit of a proud showoff,

Abilities:

Light Generation/Control: Can create balls of light to light up the dark. In its natural state, the light is neither warming or destructive.

Reality Augmentation/SpellCrafting: Tal is now able to use the full potential of his abilities--the perfect blend of magic and innate metahuman abilities. While still reliant on symbol-based casting, Tal can now engage existing symbols to cast or create them without drawing (though drawing is sometimes preferrable when faster or he cannot see where he can generate a symbol made out of light). He can now "brand" himself and others with abilities and enhancements as well, though they are not permanent.

WItchcraft: Becoming more engaged than he ever was, Tal was taught some witch craft and standard spell casting from his mother. Though most of his spell casting is done through his symobls, Tal is able to make some potions (if he looked in his little cheatbook) and very minor spells from vocal spells.

Biography:
The third (and consequently middle) child of the Sopher family in Capitol City, Tal was supposed to be born to be great. However, things didn't plan out. While his two older siblings protected New Century city with their A-Class powers as masked heroes, and his two younger sisters preparing to do the same, Tal was just...Tal. His powers (classified as D-class energy projection) manifested far too late for him to go to the great Academy--he couldn't even join a junior hero team. Despite figuring out a way for his powers to be even a slight useful to the city, he couldn't find any place to be a hero.

During a mission in the Border Forts , he was given an injection to save his life as well as drain his power remotely to restore the life of William Ladd's sister. He was drained of power almost completely when William Ladd, who has befriended Tal, had a change of mind. His former girlfriend and magical researcher who had been helping him, Gemma Storm, didn't want to turn back and in a fit of rage, killed William and fled.

His powers returned, and surprisingly, he is now at his full potential and no longer stifled, but is connected to Agnes Ladd magically and telepathically. After the events of Chapter 2, he had returned home to Capitol City with his powers and helped Agnes become whole again.

Notes:

-Only 3 years have passed when Tal and Agnes went back to his dimension.
-Tal became a full-fledged hero after recounting his tales of Arcadia
-Tal's became engaged to long time, on-and-off-again, boyfriend Simon Ecchols, another hero.
-Agnes was enrolled in school to complete her education.
-Tal, not knowing the time flow difference of the two dimensions, goes back in an effort to create a compendium of the world as requested by the Circle of Heroes.
-Tal has a myriad of hero uniforms. Now that he has willingly come back, he has brought in an entire new wardrobe, but is still respectful of his status as a hero.

Personality: Stern but helpful; usually overly serious and strictly unemotional. Actually cares a lot for others but acts strict and sometimes even a bit mean because it is expected of her.
Abilities: The XR-105CP is a Prototype Android for use in all sections of Law Enforcement. Programmed to do any task that could be asked of a police officer, the XR-105CP comes with such pre-installed modules as: Patrol, Traffic Police, Meter Maid, Paperwork, Crime Scene Investigation, Riot Control, SWAT, Undercover Investigation, Counter-Terrorism, Child Protection, VIP Protection, Border Patrol, Less Than Lethal Weapons, Tourist Guide, Donut Eating, First Aid and Surveillance.
Biography: Rosenthal is one of two XR-105CP Prototype Artificial Police Officers deployed within the ARCP. They’re the first robot officers in Arcadia and while they are officially “special police equipment”, Rosenthal has been accepted by her colleagues in the ARCP HQ in Arcadia City, especially by her office partners, the defective detective C3 Utopia and the Dhampir Nevada Antihelios.
Rosenthal has been in operation for about 2 months now and while she has still not quite gotten used to the strange ways of humans and the likes, she enjoys her work at the ARCP greatly.
She tries to keep contact and look after her “twin sister”, Abendstern, who she sees as her little sister, but they don’t really talk much.
Because of her serious face and her general lack of facial expression, people usually believe her to be a mean and angry person.
Notes:

Biography:
Abendstern is the other of the two XR-105CP Prototype Artificial Police Officers deployed within the ARCP. She was produced simultaneously to Rosenthal, but during her production, her skull was cracked, and she has to wear a face brace to stabilize her nose and jaws. It also delayed her deployment by a month, but allowed for the addition of a PHALANX connection and the production and maintenance markings to be removed.
Maybe because they keep staring and asking what’s wrong with her face, Abendstern literally hates everyone she has ever met, except maybe her twin sister, Rosenthal.
Probably because of this, Abendstern takes pleasure in the suffering of others, and gratuitously abuses her position as a police officer to bring it unto as many people as possible.
She apparently does lots of top secret work for PHALANX, and thus enjoys a sort of unofficial political immunity, which explains how she keeps getting away with all the police brutality she hands out.
Naturally a loner, she secretly admires Rosenthal, who she sees as a big sister. However, in a misguided effort to impress Rosenthal, she usually ends up being mean and condescending to her.

Personality: Clever, courageous, responsible, and respectful, despite the tragic life he lived through. It was all thanks to his father's teachings and pride that made him keep his sanity intact and move on. He'll easily make friends with people that respect him, and ignore people that try to pick a fight with him (unless one of them comes at him with a weapon, Renny won't hesitate to act and attack).
Abilities: Swordsmanship and martial arts-like combat, both taught by Reath from the age of 4 to 5. After his father's death, Renny continue to train and learn moves on his own.
Biography:
~~~ Pre-Arcadia ~~~
Born and raised in the heart of Hollycove Forest. Renny was the son of Reath and Saloma Dandellion. He also has a little sister named Dolly. In the village he was born in, he was trained by his father at such a young age, and this was all because he want to fight just like him no matter how hard the training is. After his village was tragically attacked by wolves where all the villagers and his mother was killed, he, Dolly and Reath escaped out of the village. Reath on the other hand stayed behind to fend off the wolves tailing them in order to give his children enough time to escape out of danger. Renny was given his sword and ran off with Dolly to the other side of the forest, where for three years he would take full responsibility towards his sister. His father never made it out alive. After three years, Dolly ran away from home after an argument she had with Renny; she never came back ever since. Feeling guilty towards this, Renny packed up and went on a journey to find her.
~~~ Arcadia's First War ~~~
Ten years has passed, where Renny, now 18, took foot on Arcadia, in which the first war was breaking out. It was during this time that Renny went through a fatal encounter with Bear and had his belly scarred from his sharp claws. Bleeding fast and quickly dying, he was captured by La Revolution and rushed to LR's Emergency Room for operation. A month later, he miraculously recovered, but the scars he gotten from Bear will forever be permanent. As thanks for helping him, he joined LR to help fight against the Celestial Empire and its troops. On the final days of La Revolution, Renny went up against Giet II at the crumbling hangers of LR's floating castle. Their fight was short-lived however, as a huge explosion caused them flying out of the hangers and into the lake below. Months have passed since the floating castle felled to the ground, and Renny was nowhere to be found. He was marked MIA for a short time.
~~~ Three Years Later ~~~
Renny survived the big drop to the lake, but still felt dizzy from it. He wondered from area to area for weeks. It wasn't until danger struck him when Renny was being chased down by massive armies and mechs of Feuerstrum, all with a 'shoot to kill' order on his head. For whatever reason for this was unknown, but having to escape their near-fatal assualt has left him heavily injured. Out of breath, Renny took his final steps through the swamp before passing out from injury. Thankfully, the swamp area was under Celestial Empire territory at the time, the Empire's troops managed to find Renny's still-living body and was taked immediately to the hospital at Arcadia City. He was in a coma for three months, up until he finally woke up and was greeted by his long-forgotten friend Sally Appleseed from Hollycove Forest. Since then, he's been living in the city and shares an apartment with Sally.
Equipment: The Escal, his trusty sword that belonged to his father Reath. Before his death, Reath gave the blade to Renny to take care of with his life.

Personality: Moody, fired-up, and respectful towards Renny. When she first met Renny at the hospital in years, she had an attitude problem that she gained from her mother's death as well as the stress she gets from her recent job at the time. Since Renny started training her, she managed to control her temper and instead use it as an advantage in her fighting.
Abilities: Martial arts-like combat, taught by Renny after his recovery in the hospital
Biography:
~~~ Pre-Arcadia ~~~
As a childhood friend of Renny, Sally was born and raised in the same village as Renny and his family. Sally was the only child of Gerald and Marlene Appleseed. She first met Renny after he saved her from a bunch of bullies just outside the village. Since then, they came close friends for the remainder of the life they both had in the forest. After 7 months, the Appleseed family decided to move out of the forest, out of fear that it just wasn't safe in the forest due to predators. Before Sally left the village for good, Renny gave her a stone with a heart drawn to it; Renny said while it was not much, he reminded her that this stone represents their friendship and that it will never break apart no matter what it's been through. Five years has passed since leaving the forest, and Sally's mother started to suffer from illness. Living out in the vast plains, it would have taken Gerald five days from the city and another five days back to get a doctor to help her, and she was only getting worse day after day. So Gerald and Sally tried all they could to keep her alive by finding herbs and medicine to help cure the disease; but they were all not helping. Sally and her father were standing next to Marlene in her bed that night when she finally passed away. For months, Sally suffered from depression.
~~~ The First Year in Arcadia ~~~
Six years later, Sally was really to leave her home and live on her own. Gathering her belonging and saying her good-byes to her father, Sally was off to a new beginning. After a long journey, she arrived in Arcadia City just after the end of the First War. She was hired as a waitress in a restaurant further downtown, but started to lose her passion toward her job after being over-pressured by her boss for being under-performing as well as being discriminated by customers for being a furry. When the media broke out concerning Renny finally discovered months after the fall of La Revolution, Sally rushed over to the hospital and meeting Renny for the first time since the forest. Renny was still in a coma at the time, but Sally decided to visit him every single day until the day he wakes up. Renny finally woke up, and was surprised to see Sally here on his bed, smiling and saying nothing but "Hi". The two had a lot to talk about during the time in the hospital, but it wasn't until Sally pulled out the stone, that same stone Renny has given her years ago, that really triggered the nostalgia out of Renny. Both Sally and Renny regained their friendship since then.
~~~ The Training ~~~
One day in the hospital room Renny was staying in, Sally came over and brought up the day he saved her from the bullies in the forest. While she said her thanks to Renny for doing that, she felt guilty that she couldn't do a thing to fight back, because she didn't know how to fight or defense herself. So because of this, Sally made a promise to him to train her to become a fighter just like Renny. Despite the harsh work she would be facing, she didn't care about the difficulty at all; she just wants to fight by his side as a friend in need. So after fully recovering from the hospital, her training started. And for these passed three years, she started to get stronger, wiser, faster, and her friendship with Renny: unbreakable.

What the two don't know, however, is that their friendship was slowly turning into a love relationship.

Friendly, but not too bright. Inexperienced with the world outside police work, and easily entertained. Will uphold the Arcadian Republic's many laws to the letter*.

Abilities:

Utopia has the standard implanted combat training, along with the other mobility, communication and skill packages that all clones recieve during gestation. However these have unfortunately been implemented with varying levels of success. She is occasionally surprisingly competent in her law enforcement, but sometimes somewhat of a fairly catastrophic failure. Easily outsmarted or tricked. She possesses no known superhuman capabilities, as past super clone projects have been deemed unprofitable by CGN, and a risk by the government.

Biography:

Utopia was grown as part of the newly reinstated C3 program - in an ageing and faulty cloning tank. Due to resulting imperfections, quality control found her as mentally substandard, and the new clone was deemed defective. However, her disposal and recycling was banned by the red tape of the clone rights laws. Thus, she was dumped by the government into the ARCP as a constable, where they hoped she would do little harm.

Along with her fellow officers Utopia patrols the vast expanding sprawl of Arcadia City, helps bring troublemakers and lawbreakers into custody, helps in criminal investigations, fills out forms, makes coffee, and performs other such important crimefighting tasks. As a clone she has to deal with prejudice from the majority of citizens. But the few she can consider friends are policing partners Antihelios, Rosenthal, and von Clayborne.

Likes BCBF and My Little Clony. Dislikes crime.

Equipment:
Standard issue police equipment required for maintaining order in an often violent city, for example: firearms, handcuffs, collapsible shock truncheon, miscellaneous grenades, surveillance devices, tear spray, radio, official notebook of bad doodles. May drive a (frequently vandalised) police car.

Expanded physical description:
Laboratory-grown human-basic clone, equivalent to a natural human aged in late teens to early twenties. Grown from CGN's genetic melange of material, from countless "donors". Wears the hairstyle of her cutlery-themed cartoon idol . Often wears a stripe of makeup across her eyes. Because the future is weird like that. She bears the usual C3 tattoo on her neck, branding her as a clone. She also has a large [DEFECTIVE] tattoo across her back.

Personality: Despite his size, Simon's usually like a gentle giant. He genuinely cares about other people, especially those close to him. However, when his "Dark Shadow" is dominant, he is incredibly brutal and would do anything to protect his loved ones and finish the mission. He's very conflicted about his hidden personality, and tries hard to keep his stress under control as long as possible. If someone like Tal is in danger, he willingly unleashes the Dark Shadow.

Abilities:

Marksmanship
Years of training and natural talent for ranged weapons helped Simon become one of longest active regular human heroes in Capitol City. He usually favors a bows/arrows, but is more than capable with guns of all sorts. When his Dark Shadow takes over, he would only use guns.

General Hero Training
Due to his being a hero and not enhanced by metahuman powers, Simon typically trains 6 days out of the week and has made his body stronger than typical humans. He knows general hand to hand techniques (though really doesn't like it and isn't as good as others) and battle strategy.

Dark Shadow
Simon's Dark Shadow resides in him, waiting to be unleashed. Whenever he unleashes it, whether by choice or through his stress, Simon is psychologically changed from the extreme rush of adrenaline. His focus seems inhuman, his personality darkens. His aim becomes incredible (rivaling metahumans who have powers that make them excellent marskment) and he loses all fear (and has almost died multple times). The adrenaline running through his system allows him to withstand attacks like a bullet in his side. or incredible blood loss.

Biography: At fourteen years old, he was recruited by the Circle of Heroes to train to become a hero. He excelled and becomes the third regular human hero to return home with a legacy (the eye of a zombie king) before the age of 20. When he turned 21, he was kidnapped for 2 years and brainwashed into becoming an assassin and was soon rescued (despite leaving with a psychological problem, his Dark Shadow). He would later achieve 2 diferent legacies. He met Tal when he was 24, trying to help him from being mugged. Tal, annoyed at the gesture, used his light power to blind his mugger and kick him in the testicles--after months of attempted courting, they became an item.

When Tal disappeared to Arcadia after a fight they had, he managed to launch the largest investigation in Capitol City. Tal soon returned home a month later (because of different time flows, Tal experienced 2 years of lost time), and they rekindled their relationship, then soon became engaged. Tal tells Simon that he must return to Arcadia to create his own Legacy, and would marry him afterward.

Deciding that he could help Tal, he enlists Tal's mother Anna, into magically sending him to Arcadia.

Notes:
-Has a scar on his mouth from a great battle between the Circle and Zombie Ghost Warriors from Space. It was a troubling war.

Personality: Cold, Calculating, vengefull, playfull all around sociopathic. Her personality has changed severely since creation.

Abilities: She is able to she is very quick, her mind works faster than her surroundings she sees things as slow or as fast as she wants and is able to react acordingly, she also has a deep knowlege in medicine and anatomy of various races. She can resist a tremendous ammount of beating and is very strong despite the tremendous strength it counts almost nothing in combat she is not very good in brute force and her combat skills is always done through quick jabs and in-and-out kinda attacks, her voice carries a special meta-human trait that was originally intended for calming the wounded and making friendly negotiations with hostile targets however through practice and experimentation she is able to create a super sonic screech, and produce various sound related effects such as dominating targets, lulling people, inspiring others to rally and calming, other techniques she hasnt experimented with but mostly any sound effect or production she can do.
Biography: Her Original model is created with multiple uses Espionage, Negotiations,healing the wounded in combat and even as inspirational speakers for soldiers in battle.

Before: she was a working medic in the battles doing as she was designed to do, succesfully solved quite a few negotiations and healed a lot of c3 soldiers and her and her sisters build up the name mother maidens however after the wars and battles ended her sisters went mad with a lack of self purpose and killed themselves, after which the meta maiden build was cancelled, she was put in a mental clinic under a false name and racial profile.

3 years Ago: She was in a mental ward the mayority of the levidia and arcadia battles, doctors attempting to reabilitate her with heavy indoctrinations from drugs to magic to hypnosis...all of which made her sweet caring and healing personality inside out.

Now: She has just been released from the ward unknown of who signed her off she sets out into arcadia ready to cause anarchy with her new vocal chords. She has found a new purpose and thats to cause as much war and revolt in arcadia as possible in which she will eventually become loved for calming the fires she has started.

Romancia is released from her ward cell, she whispers to her guard. The guard suddenly angers and turns at his partner and attacks him. She walks out of the room slowly and sees the spych patients sitting in the play room she stands on a table and
inspires the patiens to revolt agaisnt the staff. suddenly the turns the tables and inspires the staff to turn agaisnst eachother. laughing maniacly she leaves the play room as the outer guards attempt to stop her she screaches at them the glass around them breaks and their eyes and ears bleed and melt. Calmly she keeps walking out when this huge ogre patient walks up to her she sweet talks him and he charges the remainder of the guards.
as she leaves the mental ward the building has people falling from the roof and guards killing themselves, eachother and patients.

Personality: Passive Aggressive and Sarcastic. She is not as quick to anger as she once was. Numb to most things and tends to hide behind a non-caring approach to her work.
Abilities:
-Limited Flight. It's an effort to fly around these days because of her injuries from years prior. Her wings are slowly healing but the time spent grounded had weakened her wing strength.
-Anti-Magic Field. Her horns possess a unique ability to nullify magicks around her area. i.e: If a fireball is cast upon her it would dissipate before it reaches her.
Note: The Cyborg Necromancer is useless next to her.

Biography: Once was a silent assassin for the higher-ups of Arcadia until her friend Cheyan showed up. She became an agent for the Empire. Once FS was defeated, she was trapped in Hell for some time and was brought back with Emma the Cyborg Sheep thanks to the efforts of the Cyborg Necromancer.
She lives with CN and Kensington while she recovered and soon reunited with Cheyan over in the Levidian Empire.
Ridley no longer worked with Arcadia at this time until Cheyan managed to find the magical means of getting them back to their own realm. Once reunited with the Cyborg Necromancer, they encountered a band of other varachians that wanted to capture Ridley. Although they managed to beat them back, Cheyan was killed in the process and her Essence Stone went missing.

Distraught, Ridley disappeared with her new varachian friends, Viola and Nova.

Years later, Ridley returned to Arcadia where she somehow managed to keep in the shadows by doing work for the ARCP as an undercover agent.
With her previous record of working for the Celestial Empire, she pulled some strings and currently lives in the Residential High Rise district of Arcadia City overlooking the Commercial Business and Fashion Districts.


Notes:
-Spends a lot of time in the gym of the ARCP building. Her wings are a valuable asset when on the field. But they are currently weak.

Empath: Felopia has the ability to feel the emotions of others. This works especially well with her clients. She uses this ability to give people exactly what they want or say just what they want to hear. It also helps to throw shade in the deepest of fashions.

Witchcraft: She is also familiar with enchantments and potions, but she is self taught, and while the desired effect of her enchanted bath and body products are on point, she simply cannot control the negative side effects.


Biography: 
Felopia was born Penne Barton in the suburbs of Arcadia. Always a dainty one, Felopia realized at a young age that she was never made out to be a boy, and while she has had a few enhancements, the nether regions are still in their original condition. She can thank the hormones for the face and body.

At 12, she began living as a female and has continued to ever since. In high school she realized and developed her skills as an empath. From sensing people's emotions, she can effectively switch the mood in the room, and offer anyone exactly the conversion they need to empty their pockets for her. After a short but sweet career as an escort, Felopia took out a loan with her father and opened up Thunder Love brothel in the red light district of Arcadia. Surprisingly, her well to do suburb parents are extremely proud of her profession and wish her nothing but the best.

In her spare time, she's been teaching herself how to enchant objects, and sells her own line of bath and body products out the back door. Ironically her mother is entirely against it, since they tend to cause more bad than good. Even if they do perform the required spell correctly, there's usually a nasty handful of side effects.

Personality: Sensitive and sincere. Sandy can be very funny and sarcastic, but when it come to the business of fate he can be a little too serious or dramatic. Sandy may be massive in size, but can be very shy and quiet in comparison.

Abilities:
 
Psychic: Before coming to Arcadia, Sandy was an intermediate psychic, card reader, and prophetic dreamer. After his arrival his powers became much more advanced and, as a result, it has created a job for him and helped him to become fairly well known in the community.

Witchcraft: Sandy is a beginner when it comes to magic, but can now do little things for show with lights and colors.

Biography: 
Sandy was born on earth and grew up knowing he was going to eventually go to Arcadia. When he was 17 spirit came to him in a dream and told him he would one day need to leave for Arcadia at a seconds notice and he would not know when or how until they needed him. On a warm summer night a few months ago, spirit came to him again and advised he would need to leave immediately. Being the overly serious and dramatic person he is, Sandy left without knowing the main reason he was to go. He packed light, and left behind his boyfriend of 2 years knowing that he may not see him again.

Once in Arcadia, Sandy's powers developed at a much quicker rate and was quickly accepted into the gay paranormal scene, and has made a name for himself. To this day, however, he still doesn't know what his purpose is going to be in Arcadia, and spirit has yet to come to him again. Every night, he hopes to dream of his boyfriend finding him but never does. This has lead Sandy to grow a little weary of his reason for being there, but has faith that it will be shown to him.

Name: Jake McFearson aka "Kappa Green" aka "Special Attack"

Personality: Goofy, energetic, nerdy. Enjoys punny humor.

Abilities: Jake is a typical Sentai - Well above normal dexterity, speed, and strength. Resistant to damage, but nowhere near impervious. His calling card, however, is dynamic, flashy special attacks, usually involving bursts of bright, multicolored energy. This wears him down after a little while, however, as such attacks demand a lot of energy.

Biography: Years ago, Jake was mysteriously transported to Arcadia from his home, a place called Infinity City. There, he had been a member of the Henshin Academy, and one of its more promising students. However, an unknown event transported him to Arcadia, where he became a freedom fighter for La Revolution.
In the course of events, he fell in love with an Arcadian fighter named Bunni. After La Rev fell, the two joined forces in Feuersturm. However, after suffering a nearly fatal defeat during battle, Jake and Bunni elected to leave Arcadia and its endless warring behind.
However, as time went on, Bunni became homesick, and Jake soon shared the sentiment. Having been away for years, acting as hit-and-run vigilantes in various countries, the couple turned homeward.
Seeing the war over, but the internal conflict still boiling, Jake decided to do the only thing he could do - that whole hero thing.
"Looks like I still have a job around here after all, B," he said, "I just hope a few old friends can help me out..."

Also, he cut his hair and grew a goatee.
