Personality:
A strange and macabre gentleman of the semi-mechanical persuasion. While unlikely to care much for the majority of people (unless, of course, you are an undead creature or similar individual of interest) he remains ever polite. The studious type, he will usually be found attempting to expand his knowledge one way or another. Likes drinking tea. Somehow.
Abilities:
Extensive knowledge of dark magic, twisted science, undead monstrosities, elder things, retro-futuristic robotics and extremely posh headgear. Can make the dead walk the earth and open holes through reality with his mastery of spellcasting. Theoretically unkillable (as long as you don't test that out too hard). A god slayer. A gentleman and a scholar. Really quite unfairly powerful. I do apologise.
Biography:
CN remains CEO of the CGN (Celestial Genetics and Nanotechnology) megacorporation, the largest in Arcadia, whose power and influence has grown further still in the past few years. The company provides a wide variety of high-tech products and services to government and civilian customers alike, ranging through gene therapies and prosthetics to weaponry and, once again, licensed cloning. The profits fund research in the sprawling labs in Arcadia City, where scientists develop the next big products, and cultists work black magic in the more clandestine departments. CGN sells government vital supplies against civil unrest.
CN appears skeletally thin, usually smartly dressed, and never seen without his monocular metal helmet. Behind the tailored suit lies metal casing and complex ticking devices in place of the usual organic equivalents. Watch out for those swiss army walking canes.
When not doing SCIENCE, he is commonly with his family: the somewhat eccentric vampire Kensington, her clone Selaphial, and Emma, the loyal acolyte who happens to be a cyborg sheep.

*Allegiance: Kensington is not supporting any kind of oppressive system. She will try to sabotage the system any way she can without endangering her own unlife or the lives of her family (CN, her clone Selaphial, and the cyborg sheep Emma).

Background:
Personality: She's a mischievous vampire girl. In Kensington's bloodline runs a streak of insanity. She can change her mind in an instant for no apparent reason, going from killing lust to "let's be friends". She also has a vivid imagination. She strongly dislikes authority and can be quite stubborn. She loves to fight but if things get too dangerous she will rather save her unlife than take unnecessary risks.
Abilities:
Strengths:
- As a vampire she is stronger and faster than the average person. She has greater stamina and fast healing.
- She can turn into a bat.
- By touching them or looking into their eyes she can control other people's minds (the weak-willed are easy, supernatural beings or those with a strong willpower are harder or might not work at all).
- In the dark she can merge with the shadows which makes her invisible to most. She also has night vision.
- She can talk to animals and command them to a point. She can summon traditionally "evil" animals that might be present in the area. (For example in a forest she would be able to summon wolves, snakes or spiders but not fluffy bunnies or baby deer).
Weaknesses:
- Too much exposure to the sun burns her skin (she uses Sunblocker 1000 against this) and she tends to be a bit sleepy or grumpy during the day.
- Fire deals her severe damage that heals a lot slower than normal wounds.
- She can be immobilized by a wooden stake through her heart.
- Needs to drink blood at least every few nights.
Biography: A long time ago Kensington was part of La Revolution, fighting against the oppressive government. One night she met the Cyborg Necromancer (wiki link) and fell in love; since then she has joined his side but never gave up trying to make the system a better one to ensure her own freedom, despite CN benefitting from this kind of system as the owner of the mega corporation CGN. These days she stands between the sides. When not with her family she will likely venture the city during the night, disable surveillance cameras when she can or play tricks on policemen, but also protect the innocent or try to assassinate corrupt and abusive higher-ups.

Personality:
Highly unpredictable, use caution when approaching. Very untrustworthy and would stab you in the back in a heartbeat. Somehow despite this nature she has found herself in with many high ranking politicians, corporations, and scumbag crime leaders to take care of any poor unfortunate soul that begins to cause them grief. Of course this doesn't mean they are safe either. She's pretty crafty though all the same managing to still fly under the radar so very little is actually known about her other than the things she's done on the job.

Abilities:
She is quick and very powerful. Hand to hand she packs a mean punch. She wields a gigantic blade pretty much bigger than she is, that is kept pretty damn sharp. She has regeneration abilities, though the extent of those have never really been tested. She also tends to create 'eyeballs' that float above her head when in combat. This is a pretty good indicator of her power. These eyeballs don't seem to do much else...yet.

Biography:
((She is from the planet Eidolus, a planet quite far away from this one. It's relatively unknown to Earth. Of course in story this is not known.))

It is not known exactly where she hails from. On the surface she seems to appear to be a lot like the variety of other citizens with animal features, but the strange eyeball apparations and her abilities make it seem as though she is alien to the planet. Those powers tend to operate in ways not quite found in other creatures on the planet, though some (like the regeneration) is somewhat common on Earth.

Can often be found either furthering her own hidden agenda, or carrying out assassination jobs for a fee. It appears she does indeed work for someone but it is unknown as to who that is.

Biography: Upon Killing Sister Sunshine Belle unleashed the soul of the goddess Titania, Titania punished Belle by turning her accumulated energies into a Pure soul where Belle would slowly start turning into a completely good person, when the transformation finished she was transformed into A mother Fey, and began attempting to create a world where the fey could live and not fear magical persecution, her only result is to attempt to eliminate technology, and thus she founded the Order of Evergreen with similar minded people, the fey in the area did not have a mother fey to listen to and followed Belle as their new ruler, the opera house turned into her new base of operations. Above all she has turned into a Kind and purehearted person However on the red moon the succubus in her attempts to take over and suck the soul of a living man after consumation in which she will lose her soul forever. BIOGRAPHY: The last of Seven, of a special unit of C3 soldiers know as the C3-7, a program Funded by STAEDTLER. Sibling-7 (Coriandre) and her "siblings" were all genetically programed to be Human Weapons, each with their own "Handler" counterpart. Within a year Sibling-7 was fully trained and Contracted out to the Celestial Army. There, her and her Handler, Niles Freeman, went on only a few missions together before Feuersturm fell and the restructuring for the Arcadian Government took place, putting an end to the program. The now Unemployed Freeman, enraged by Shilane's Decree to free the clones, hid the truth from Sibling-7, and left the Arcadian Army and joined STAEDTLER. With the Support of STAEDTLER, over the next year Freeman plotted to destabilize the new Arcadian Government and to turn the population against the Clone community. Sibling-7 eventually discovered that she'd been freed over a year ago, and in a rage, tried to leave STAEDTLER, but was attacked by Freeman. The two fought and Freeman was killed in the struggle. Sibling-7 ran, but was captured a few months later in Levidia by 3 of her C3-7 siblings who were still loyal to STAEDTLER. She was processed as "Defective" and was set to a STAEDTLER prison be "Put Down". It was in prison were she met Celeste Red the two became very close and soon broke out of prison. They soon after formed The Valkyries.

Post time-skip: 2 years ago the Valkyrie's seemed to have struck a mayor blow in they're war against STAEDTLER. By distorying Facility 7 during the mission Red and Coriandre uncovered many mysteries of their past. Most of which raised more questions. Not long after the facility 7 down fall STAETDLER withdrew from almost all activity. So much so that the Valkyries parted ways for over a year. Elsa and Coriandre moved to Hallow city.

POWERS: Trained soldier and Is very adapt with weaponry and is a very fast learner, She has the ability to Embue weapons and ammunition with various elements, (Fire, Ice, & Electricity). She has been about to expand this to elemental kinesis, but the technique isn't perfected. Lastly she has hawk-like eye-sight.

DETAILS: Updated 04/16/12: Coriandre is kind of a hippy as far as C3s go, in and out of battle she's 2 different people. Cunning, Precise, and at times Merciless in battle, but Carefree, and Ditsy with a since of wonderment at the simple things of life out of battle. Her favorite color is green and gave herself the name Coriandre because of this. She prefers to use non-lethal tactics in battle. She only kills if its necessary, and hates needless death. She has "C3-77" tattooed on her chest, left side just below her collar bone, also she has a Bar Code tattooed on the back of her neck, she covers it with a choker necklace. Unlike most C3 clones Cori was given a gender, though she's infertile. She is often troubled as to why this is. And searches for the meaning of her existence, why was she given a woman's form yet is unable to bare children?
